The paper focuses on the issue of State, society and relations between these entities. Also important for us is the historical definition of these relations between the state and society and how they were perceived by alternative thinkers Othmar Spann and Carl Schmitt. The issue of politicizing society through non-political institutions and the captivity of the state by politicizing society. At present, the biggest challenge is the transposition of political power and political from the state to the cryptopolitic NGO´s and transnational political organizations.

Deformace parlamentarismu: oligarchizace jako možnost?

The paper focuses on the issue of parliamentary form of representative democracy with a respect to its criticism. Liberal parliamentarianism as a risky form of democracy, which allows different private economic formations with particular interests to influence the general interest, political interest. The difference between quantitative and qualitative total state together with the phenomenon of legitimacy and legality are the factors defining the concepts and weaknesses of parliamentarism and causing depoliticization. The possibility of deformation of parliamentarism is just occupation of public domain by oligarchy, a political space where the part of legitimacy and legality expires and it is replaced by a mere administrative and technocratic routine.

Motto: „Liberální buržoazie chce tedy Boha, ten však nemá mít možnost stát se aktivním; chce monarchu, ten však má být bezmocný; požaduje svobodu a rovnost, a zároveň omezení volebního práva na majetné třídy, aby si tak majetek a vzdělání zajistily potřebný vliv na zákonodárství, jako by vzdělání a majetek dávaly právo utiskovat chudé a nevzdělané; odstraňuje aristokracii krve a rodu, a připouští přitom nestydatou vládu peněžní aristokracie, onu nejhloupější a nejhrubší podobu aristokracie; nechce ani suverenitu krále, ani suverenitu lidu. Co tedy vlastně chce?“
